On November 12, former NCAA coaches Jana Withrow and Christy Utter will lead a skills clinic to provide athletes with a recruiting video that highlights their skills, i.e. receiving, passing, ball control and defending. Athletes will participate in drills that demonstrate key skills requested by college coaches to help them properly evaluate your athletic ability. Jana and Christy will provide elite level instructions through each drill and give tips to help improve your overall play. There will be several opportunities during the filming to demonstrate specific skills. Our staff will edit your skill drills, create spot shadows, add academic and contact information (phone, address, email, GPA, class rank, etc.), upload skills video to YouTube, author and duplicate DVDs. Each participant will receive:

• Elite level field hockey coaching
